Hearts United is a celebration of unity and service.
This interfaith gathering brings together churches, ministries, nonprofits, and community partners who share a commitment to uplifting seniors and strengthening our community through compassion, collaboration, and action.
This morning is dedicated to honoring the partners whose time, talents, and generosity help fuel our mission and make a lasting difference for seniors across Collin County.

Supporting seniors through care, connection, and sponsorship
Generations Project
Bridging generations through meaningful volunteer service
We combat hunger and isolation in disabled and older adults by providing nutritious meals that help them stay healthy, independent, and connected to their communities.
